I really want to buy a blue full-size Ford truck and get “BIGFOOT” on the license plate.

The blue isn’t too close unfortunately, but I support this.

Of course that angle really makes that F150 look big/long. It’s a supercab with 6.5ft bed, about the same length as the crewcab shortbed RAM near the back and smaller than the Superduty at the end.

It’s funny because the Ford is actually the shortest of these trucks. The ram is a mega cab regular bed and the F250 is a supercrew long bed.

It’s really remarkable how vehicles have grown. Just yesterday I saw an early Legacy and thought “oh, what a cool compact car.”
Arguably more remarkable is that the average giant vehicle still gets impressive mpgs to boot.

True fact, my ‘92 Range Rover is shorter and narrower than a 2017 CRV. It’s the same exact length as my girlfriend’s ‘07 Prius and has a shorter wheelbase.

That’s incredible. The Cherokee XJ is something I keep coming back to. It’s visually so small compared to a current Cherokee or Tiguan or any other crossover.

It’s almost as if safety standards have increased!

It’s so true—I saw a new Outback pull up behind a ‘90s Blazer and a ‘00s Pontiac G6 the other day, and it was by far and away the biggest vehicle there in length, height, and girth which blew my mind somewhat.
